Weapon-R also makes intakes for the HHR.. My 07 2LT is being used by them as we speak as a test mule for their intake. I know they have different types of intakes and I will find out which kind they're testing for CARB approval on my car when I get it back. They offered 1000$ and a rental for 3 weeks in order to entice me. I will also get one of the intakes for allowing them use of my car. Stay Tuned!! :)

Ordered mine about 2 August 2009 and it was $267.75. I also ordered the plush/premium front and rear floor mat set - $64.79 - and then handling of $39.57 and freight of $24.04. Grand total was $372.11

Too bad http://gmpartsdirect.com isn't easier to navigate. Is there a parts list post stickied somewhere in the 2.4L performance tech forum? That would be a huge help

Correction: Ordered it on 27 July 2009.

And I've installed my GMPP intake. Here are a few pictures:

The kit unboxed:

The box and filter ready to be tightened down to the engine:

The GMPP Intake in-situ - job completed:

After install, I have noticed a more throaty, almost a growly sound when accelerating; time shifting between gears seems a little reduced (i have a 2LT automatic) and the car feels a little more peppy from a stand still.
