Ok I have some questions I need answers too but I cant seem to find the answers myself , could anyone help?

1. Ok the Greddy E-Manage Unit (Either Ultimate or Original) , can I use it on my 2.4 with an ODB2A harness and what benefit would I get from doing this? This is a website with the harness (http://www.dezod.com/pd_greddy_blue_emanage_plug.cfm).

2. This is merely an opinion but right now I have finished installing the Eaton M62 as explained on Cobalt Forum and it seems to run perfectly but I was looking into using a Throttle Body Spacer (LS4 Throttle Body) and tapping it for nitrous and a Cry02 System. Next I found a Supercharged Manifold Spacer (http://www.zzperformance.com/cobalt_...=970&catid=174) and using the Pre-Taps for a Methanol Injection Kit . What I'm asking is this over kill or will it provide benefit to the motor ?

3. Next I was looking into a header but I dont want to use the "Ebay Header" , so I saw many units (http://cobalt-addiction.com/performance.htm) for the Cobalt SS & 2.4 , will these fit my 2.4 HHR LT (Keep in mind I'm using a CGS System and can modify fitment if possible) ? ?

4. Next , this should be in the Suspension & Brake Section but it deals with my current modifications . Also on (http://cobalt-addiction.com/handling.htm) I found Corvette Z06 Brake Conversions for the Cobalt SS and I would like to know if it is possible to put that on my HHR (I know the rear would need to be already converted) , but wouldn't that look amazing on an HHR ? ?

5. I need a Boost Gauge to monitor my supercharger and I would like to know any recommendations , and solutions to mount the gauge itself ? I also saw this on (http://cobalt-addiction.com/interior.htm) and in the Gauge Section it shows a Column Cover Mount for the Cobalt , do the Cobalt and HHR Share the same steering Column Cover ?


(Keep in mind when reading this , that this is all deals with my 2.4 Supercharged Modification process for the HHR . I am trying to open up the Modification Barrier between the Cobalt and HHR . We all want faster HHR's don't we?)

 

I bought a OBX header off ebay and installed a high flow cat from performance curve on my na 2.4 07 HHR. Definately has more power and torque and getting about 2 more mpg. Still working on the rear o2 setting a light after every 200 miles or so. If I drive it hard and don't putt around, the light stays off. Got less than 400 in the whole exhaust including the muffler and tip.

 

for number 5 yes they both use the same steering column if im not mistaken

 

For #5 - I ordered one yesterday to see how it fits the steering column. When it comes in I'll post images.

I actually need two gauges now MasterChief , Nitrous & Boost . I'm hoping my tax refund comes after I Blow my motor haha because I want to "TwinCharge" the HHR now and then it'll need 3 gauges !

I wish some aftermarket company would take interest in the HHR . I want to see things like a 3 pillar pod , Halo's , ect ! !

 

im making a 3 guage pod to mount where the sunroof buttons go/ i could make a second one if you like. may be like a month bfore it is done tho.

 

You could always remove the two center dash vents and put gauges there. Or even mount a few in the upper dash glove box.

 

Did you ever get the column cover pod installed ?
