One of the problems they are finding is that the 2.2 and 2.4 ECM's are only programmed up to 1 bar I think. Have to check with the Cobalt site. That is why I am trying the Apex'i AFC. I just got a pin-out of the 2.2's ECM and will be installing the Apex'i ECM soon just to mess with it and see if she throws any CEL's. The cobalt forums have been waiting for a turbo kit for the 2.4's. There IS a program out for the 2.4 called HPTuners. You might give them a call and see about their 2.4 program. Its not necessarily cheap but it gives you ultimate tunability!

We have done mods with UNI-Chips and Toyota Landcruiser as a pigiback computer and it has helped a lot on both the turbo 4.6 inline 6 and the TRD supercharger on the same motor. You might look into them.
