Is there another way to contact someone at trifecta other than their website? I purchased a tune and got the calibration tune after 3 days, I sent them my first datalog on the last Friday of august and have gotten nothing back from them. It took 2 weeks and sending a message to any spot I could on their website to finally be answered to say they would put a ASAP ticket on it, and now it's been 3 or 4 days since that reply and nothing. How can I talk to a person and not have to email?

Well that's odd for Trfecta to drop the ball like that, send a PM to our Supporting Vendor cj krause, he's a Trifecta Vendor so he'll be able to get you the help you need.
Just click his member name in this thread, and the use the second option line in the drop-down menu to send him a Private Message.

Well that's odd for Trfecta to drop the ball like that, send a PM to our Supporting Vendor cj krause, he's a Trifecta Vendor so he'll be able to get you the help you need.

I'm sorry to say that CJ's health has taken a very bad turn for the worse, as I received a PM last evening updating me on things.

I'm sorry that since I last spoke to CJ, he has fought his cancer to the point where there's nothing the doctors can do. And that I wasn't aware of that when I pointed you in his direction.
So keep him in your thoughts and prayers, we're family here cllwyrc1, and the longer you're here...the more you'll become an even bigger part of the family.
And Vince will get things fixed up for you, there are just times when he's swamped.

Hmmm...disconnected, the plot thickens.
Once I get home tonight, I'll dig out my "Genuine Sam Spade Junior Detective Kit" and track Vince down.
