Anyone adding colored interior lights?

On my Grand Prix I added blue cold cathodes to the front footwells. This was with blue LEDs replacing all original bulbs. It was easy adding the cathodes because there was already lighting in the footwells. I would like to do something similiar in the HHR but the lights are all up high. Has Anyone tried anything like this yet?

As soon as I get a chance to. I was going to put my neon lights in this weekend but it's raining.

I have orange leds installed under the dash and under the seats. I even replaced that little white led in the sunroof controls with a super bright orange led.

red...

During my Trucking career, (16 years), I found that installing red lights in the foot wells of my cab, and by chaning my dash light colors also to red, the glare inside the cab from oncoming lights, street lights and from the dash lights themselves was greatly reduced. I also found that this helped me reduce eye fatigue at night from all the squinting because of glare. So needless to say I plan on putting some red LED's in my footwells and in the dash lights and other control lights in my High Roof. Try it, it makes a huge difference...

just my .02
