Anyone Made Model T Hot Rod?
Anyone Made Model T Hot Rod?
I was looking at my car the other day and you could make this into a Model T Hot Rod. Just cut off the fenders/headlights and add round lights. Has anyone thought of this yet?
I have never been a T-bucket fan. Now a Deuce roadster, that's another story. Actually, I think a top chop on an HHR would be more worth your modification money. The car is a natural for a top chop, though I have only seen one done so far.......smoooooth. God Bless, Marc
You could go to all of that trouble and misery ,or, go out to the garage and "WAALLLATT" just have one appear. Granted it's not a coupe but, that's my next project ( I have the coupe body) to put the body on that you desire!!
I built the car from the frame up, three times actually and still want to change it, what's wrong with me? Yeah- wires all round. Had to split the rim and add a center section to get the rear to 15"but, that was back in the day when big tires were cool. It's a small block-70'vette. comp cam, world headsw/roller rockers(Crane golds)Vertex mag,Offy manifoldw/3/2'sby Automotion(very nice and expensive). Also Halibrand quickchange and B&M 350 auto/manual.The "Moon" tank is a puke tank for the "Ron Davis" custom aluminum radiator. And yeah the radiator shell is a sectioned 32'.At one time I used to show this car but, old age has caught up with car and owner. If anyone wants to know I'll try and tell you more.
