I have ordered them the black caps before there like $8 my price that's with a hook up from a friend that works there. Your looking maybe $12 for a customer. If it comes down to it I can order them for you guy's and you can send me money. just trying to help.

JB1 - I for one would be interested in the black mirror caps. I think the chrome ones draw too much attention and in general just "stick out" too much. IMHO a black mirror blends in with the tinted windows ( for those who have the front side windows tinted).

thanks in advance for posting the part #.....

I installed our Mirror Bras on my rig for a while, but ended up taking them off (except for long trips where they help keep the bugs off), because I felt the silver mirrors added some contrast and plain black was too "blah." Everyone has their own opinion though...

I would be interested in buying some satin finished mirror caps. Guess I will have to visit the dealership.

I dunno....Im somewhat of a anti-bling type person myself, I plan on smoothing the covers and having them painted black to match. I was thinking about painting the entire mirror, but I think since the HHR is black it will flow okay...we'll see.
