Hey everyone, New guy here-HHR owner since 2008. I was looking to find out the Pin Connector size for the BCM. Did some searching, but did not see anything. I am guessing that the wires are 20 gauge and may need a 20 gauge pin connectors to go into the BCM harness. Just not sure and my local dealer is not very helpful.

I was able to get a few pins for the body controller from my local dealer. They did not charge me for them because they come in a repair kit of all different kinds for there techs to use when they have to make a wiring repair.

You my want to try a different dealer or talk to the service director some dealers keep the kits with the service people others lets the parts department keep control of it but I sure every dealer has the repair kit.
