Would anyone happen to have a picture of where the clips actually go on the HHR? I installed (well, tried to) my Benevento deflector today, and it didn't allow the sunroof to close, and it also didn't hug the roof correctly. If someone could provide a pic of where the clips actually clip, I would appreciate it.

anyone have an explanation? do they clup under the front? the corners?

 

I have one of those as well (got 2 years ago) and couldn't get it to seat against the roof either. Never got to the point of trying to close the sunroof. 2 years later, it has become part of the misc stuff being stored in my warehouse of a garage.

 

I think I figured it out, and it doesn't look too shabby, what do you think?

Never was able to get mine mounted correctly. Still have it ithe garage, not sure what became of the hardware though.

 

Andy, you have any more details on how you were able to fit this? Has it held up? Upon further research, it seems most of the reviews on autoanything.com are favorable & this has better reviews than the 'stick on' type. Considering giving this a try, some report just needing longer (1 1/4") screws than those provided.
