They both add a really nice nostalgic look like the trucks of yesteryear.
I like these with an aftermarket grill. I don't like the double advertising Chevy gets with the stock grill.

My votes for best mod under $20, either:

a) the "Stubby' Antenna

b) 3rd Brake Light Overlay

Both of those have a huge bang-for-buck factor IMO.
