Wow. Don't really know what to say about those things. Wait ... yes, I do ... not on my HHR! I like the idea of the bullet, but that "interpretation" leaves quite a lot to be desired.

Anyone know if the stock tail light lenses come off from the housing or are they clued on? Thinking about making my own and using 56 chevy parts.

That's the worst looking thing I've ever seen. Wow.

Just get the LED lights or better yet, leave it alone.

tail light mod

beauty is in the eye of fabricator...modern art at artzie prices...look on Moon Eyes web site. they have the retro cadillac and impala tail light lenses at a reasonable price. you might have to do a little modifying, but that's why we do it, custom. I did mine with 1950 pontiac lenses and 1949 cadillac back up lights. (all glass). there is drilling and cutting involved. Look on my photos, if this will help. if you need more info, contact me.

that's an open target for vandals and a hammer. Not worth it if you park your car in public or outside over night.

Ralph, I just love the look of your car.
Wish we could see it more often!

I almost expect to see a litter of Road Rippers sucking on those things.

Thanks, I am trying to make the So Cal events...As far as someone taking a hammer to my lights....Stand by to stand by... I can see why you may have posted this, Fresno is a tough town....I know, my son plays Indoor Areana Football for Central Valley Coyotes. Let me know if I can put you on the "Family List" to a game....
