Chrome Bowties

For those of you that have been looking for a Chrome Bowtie for your HHR front and back, I stumbled across this page that has them to REPLACE not lay over the OEM bowtie.

I am doing chrome but I am having them overlayed when I take the car in for tint. Found chrome paint through a shop is crazy expensive, so is the vinyl as well but it is cheaper then the paint.

Nice though.

Whoa guys!

Now hold on just a second....... before you get your hopes all up high....... and order these things.
While back I ordered the front one.......the orginal box is right here beside me......... and it has the SAME item number........and it's not even a good paper weight IMO. (I 'splain that if anyone doubts me)
Look in my albums........over there on the left, left click the camera.
Look at it yourself and tell me what you think. (Leaves a bad taste in my mouth everytime I look at it) (I'll 'splain that if needed too)
Street Scene flat out REFUSED to do anything.....Insert a whole punch of periods here cause I was a daily pain for them toward the end of the purchase from heel fire..... more or less I was lyin' 'bout the "paper weight". Heel fire.....took'em 2 months or so to refund the money for the rear.

I looked at them, but I guess I don't see what the problem is. Can you please 'Splain it to me? (Lucy)?

I'm not positive, but I think they don't line up with the grille very well. They appear to fit very poorly. The one picture shows it more so than the others

I see the gap you are talking about. Maybe it would fit a base model and not the SS? On Gmpartshouse it lists 2 differerent emblems for our car. I was on that site yesterday and saw that it did not say it fit the SS.
