man, I really wanted that panel van too, couldn't swing the extra bread though. I'm actually debating taking all the badges off mine too-I also like the simple stripped look. I certainly wouldn't add them-but thats just me-and a few others I guess too.

Should look really nice. I remember seeing about the delay in another thread but thought it only pertained to Canadian orders. Sorry for the delay.

I was a car guy years ago but shifted for the last 15 years to H-D's but our SS has me excited about cars again.

That seems pretty pretentous. The guy can do what he wants... unless you're making his car payments. And if you're going the "fraud" route, it's just as obvious as the guy who puts the "Type R" stickers on his Civic DX... it's just decoration.

Actually, my SS emblems went to another board member the week after I took delivery. Sound SS's be allowed to NOT have them?

Just Bogus...Dude. Do the correct thing. Bury the old HHR and get the SS. Then you wont have to be embarrassed when someone says, "no it isn't!!"

WOW! Don't you guys watch auto auctions on tv? There are more fake SS's, Z's, GTX's, Cobras and Superbirds than there are real ones!! Though I don't condone the practice, it's hardly uncommon these days!!

k So i had bought my hhr in feb 07 two weeks later i had it badge. Way before word of the SS. I think i have it tastefully done and cosmeticly deserving of the badge, even though there in different places(i think there a little more subtle then the middle of the door.) (I also have my badges on the hatch on the driver side rather than the pass.) Whats your guys take on it?
