Custom Wood Dash Installation

Looking for some information on where I would go to have a "Custom Wood Dash" installed on my HHR. I live in Northeast Philadelphia. I've installed one of the simulated plastic sets, and I am not to happy. If I am going to keep this baby for a considerable long time, I want her to look the best that she can! Where would someone go to have some customized work done on their HHR in the Philadelphia area. What would such a shop be called?
Any information would be appreciated.

I'd check listings for auto upholstery. If they don't do it they should know someone who deas.

If it were me looking for someone...I would attend a few car shows and ask some of the people showing their cars for references. No one better than a car buff to provide a good vendor to ya.

Have you Looked online,

I have bought a dash kit from wooddash experts and like it. I did install it myself and was not to hard to do.

I bought the 55 piece set, but at the time got it on sale for a great price.

Reread the first part.

He has one of the plastic stick on ones like you have already. He's looking for a custom real wood dash. I don't know where the hell you would go to have someone make you a real wood dash. I don't think that’s something a normal custom shop would touch because of all the woodworking involved. You might want to try a really good carpenter.

When I was looking for a wood dash kit for my Suburban about 6 years ago, there was a place in Texas that actually used real wood with a thick, deep clear finish and it had self-adhesive on the back. I still have a sample at home somewhere that they sent me. I don't remember the name, but I'll look when I get home.

Wood dash experts has real wood kits also. I bought the other so I could trace out the parts. Sometime in the future, when I am done re doing the woodwork in my house, i plan on makeing my own.
