I love the Daytona Blue... do you notice any "kinks" in your Year One that were worked out in '07 or '08 models?

Only issue I had was the A/C growl and was fixed under warranty. I can't say any item that showed up on the later models I have though "I wish I had that". Excpet for the fact that on the 2008 models, they get chrome wheels with the chrome package. That will get done when I need tires (18"s then).

The only thing missing from the 2006 model that was added for 2007 was the dome light switch.

In the 2006 models, you can't turn on the dome light from the dash, but there is a mod for that

That was one issue I'm glad I never had. But I have heard some 07 still had the issue. Seems there is a think "gasket" under the cowl for access behind the dash or something. If that tears or seperate any, it's all behind the dash.

Something to remember if you get that lake on the passenger side footwell.

Originally I wanted a Daytona Blue, but the one on the dealers lot was Standard shift, ( I have sever arthitis in both knees from the Service) anyhow, I also liked the Sport Red Metallic. They had one with what I liked and so I settled into it.

I was undecided between black and Daytona Blue. Once the dealer said that the 10 spoke rim was unavailable at time of purchase, DBM became the only choice.

I really wanted Victory Red, but it wasn't available until spring of '06, so it came down to Sunburst Orange or Daytona Blue. The cars were still pretty hard to find in October of '05, so I took the first DBM that came available.

Almost had a Sport Red 2LT, but it got sold before I could get up to Council Bluffs and get it, so I bought the 1LT DBM instead.
