Ordered mine. I think I'm gonna Dremmel off the post so it is flush when the locks are down.

How much do you cut off to make them sit flush? Thought it was mentioned somewhere here but can't find it

Just cut them down a little at a time and place the new knob in place after each cut. Remember......it's always easier to cut a little more than trying to add some back on.

Now that's what I'm talking about! I might go a little more extreme and take a bit more off but my arm is already happy about not getting gouged!

Thanks guys...those door locks are a "B" at Dunkies..always seem to catch my elbow possibly causing a bad scene (dump a cup of java on the parts)

they must be twisted on in the factory by a robot because I can't even get them to loosen up!
