Hey CJ, what's that around the lenses of your fog lights?

 

i dont have stock fog lights and put in Pilot 4 inch cause they were blue. still 55 watt but blue since mine was a blue HHR

i cut out the holes in the louvered covers and mounted them in there. They wont come out
kind of fit
