yuo can get the same price on a new set, i mean look around local shops. ask questions, and get to know salesmen.

i have spent no more than $1100 on the last 4 sets of 20's i bought with tires. i dont understand why they are so high online. average price for 18's and good tires is around 8-900 new

I have 18's and low profile tires on mine with Goldlines lowering springs.Front lowered 1.75 from stock the rear lowered 2.0 from stock. And my HHR rides fine, it dosen't bump around like most cars do. You should have any problems with putting 18's. Enjoy the ride.
