HHR carbon fiber hood
what would be involved in that process?
I live about 40 miles from them.
But i'm sure there must be some one who lives closer?

Just a little history FYI, about the stock hood.
At the time of design, the stock HHR hood, was the most complex, stamping,
that GM, had ever done.
They couldn't figure it out, in-house, & had to partner, with a company, in Japan, to get the job done.
It takes 7 hits, with the press/die molds, to form our buggys hood...

You would like rock dents in you hood? You know those baseball sized rocks that get wedge into the two rear tires of a tandem dump truck, that fly out at your hood , grille, bumper cover, windshield or leading edge of your roof!
The only purple I've seen was my right shoulder when one of these projectiles smashed thru the windshield of my 1979 F150 pickup and into my shoulder! That happened 35 years ago and still I get nervous following any trucks
