my suggestion, try a scrap yard. or check out www.car-part.com
as for the rear glass, you'll have to remove it, and put in a piece of sheet metal, weld, and grind down, and repaint the whole thing.

well hell man. the rear glass to be metal ares, could be custom filled with like a suede, cloth, oreven be made to fit some subwoofers and frame them in.

www.car-part.com lists items alphabetically, and offers pricing. The panel rear doors should come pre-assembled with the plastic interior already on them..

rear doors can be replaced. If you buy used panels - doors and sell yours - not a big expense at the end of operations. Gate, I would not change, the window of Gate not will be superfluous.
But what to do with the windows located behind the rear doors? Removal a glass and welded steel plate - a lot of work + action with the interior. If not for that, I have long traveled to the panel.

Yes, my friend. I was so understood.
I wrote my post as my own thoughts. They coincide with yours, but do not contradict.
I originally wanted to buy a HHR Panel, but due to some reason bought some HHR LT. I analyzed the possibility of alteration, but came to the conclusion - a lot of messing around, only a little.

you could vinyl the windows. just sayin. solid color sheets of vinyl on the glass.. may give you a better closeness to it..
