There is a company out that makes them for the HHR. Can't remember who it is though. I'm sure someone will chime in, or you can just google them.

I just did this mod with factory original 1964 chevy impala taillights. If you need help doing its I will help but it's been super easy only took me about 2 hours to do the cutting.
