How do you clean the cloth seat's ?

My college aged daughter usually sits in the back when I pick her up at school. I noticed she has been placing her feet on the cross bar under the seat, and her toes are resting on the back of the front seat cusions. I noticed a combiation of water stain, road salt, and who knows what else. Any recommendations on how to get that out? I will definitely be Scotchguarding after cleaning.

:) I would use a mixture of warm water and liquid soap (1 teaspoon per gallon) and a scrub brush on this area. Brush out stain and wipe dry with a clean towel. The water is to dissolve the water stains and road salt and the soap is to remove the heavy soil. It should do the job. Or you could use most any type of carpet cleaner, as long as it is water base.

I scotch GAurded my seats the day i got the car. That being said, my Meguairs #40 vynil and Rubber cleaner dripped bit on the front seat and left a mark. I used OxyClean (yeah i know but it does work) mixed in a spray bottle and it took it out. I wil lre-apply the scotch gaurd now. I am kinda upset that the cloth interior is so prone to stains.

OK so the stains i thought i got rid of are back. I never had this issue in my Camaro and the has same color interior parts. I think Chevy needs to know that the fabric sucks for real world use. God Help me if i actualy spill something like cofee or soda. The spots i have are just from vynil cleaner.. ARGH!!
