The interior strips on the doors are painted a silver color. Can these be repaired? Someone has chiped mine with a purse or the seatbelt or something. Can they come out or are they part of the door panel?

I swear you cant keep something in mint condition! Friggin passengers.

 

They are part of the door panel. You can mask it off and repaint.
