Lowering just the rear

Hi

was wondering if anyone had just lowered the rear of their HHR I have a 07 LT1 with 2.4 I just want to lower the rear to make it look level across not drop it all if I just put on the rear springs from a lowering kit would that work or not enuff or too much and which is the better kit to get to retain the ride quality.

I will hopefully be posting some pics of mine soon with mods I am doing, Painted grill, removed emblems, custom seat embroidery etc are in the works now

Thanks

I don't think it will be level that way. I believe that you will have to get a "leveling kit". I think Eibach makes one, but don't quote me. A leveling kit does exist though.

edit: If I remember correctly, the leveling kit is actually more expensive than the modest drop! (THere are three kits that I know of: the full slam from some older kits, a modest drop from some newer kits and a leveling kit that just drops the back.

Yes, we are right now finalizing a "Rear Leveling Kit" with Gold-Line.

It should be available next month.

Stay tuned for details...
