I'm old school and never liked them in the first place. They serve no purpose for me.

yeah, they were real popular on the Willis as well as many lead sleads. Moon Equipment used to make ton's of hot rod parts and sponsored many race cars. These moon eyes are actually magnets and I bought them www.richardsstuff.com

I have a Willis for my computer wallpaper, and yep, it's sporting moon eyes.

You can buy all kinds of Mooneyes stuff at www.mooneyes.com

Just a FWI for the "new schoolers" - Mooneyes was a manufacturer of high performance parts back in the 60's and many rodders still use their stuff today. Famous for their "moon discs" wheel covers, they are still very active in the rodding community today, throwing parties (their Xmas party is not to be missed!), open houses, and swap meets several times a year.

Even if you're not "into" the Mooneyes deal, check out their site - it's good reading and contains a lot of hot rod heritage - sometihng we should never forget.

You might even find something cool you DO like!

I have nothing against Mooneyes. They are part of hot rodding history.

I think you read my post wrong Captain - I didn't think you had anything against them.
I was just remarking at the end that you and Dan might find some coolio items you would like there.

Sorry for the confusion...
