I bought the white face gauges that were for sale on here and I took the white faces off, did the whole blue and red led thing, plugged it in, calibrated the gauges and they look great...BUT, everything works fine except for the fact the odometer reads 1300 mi. and it does not move, my trip miles move but not odometer. I am out of warranty or I would love this, as of now I really don't care that much as everything else seems to be working ok. Any ideas? I am guessing this is why the op got rid of them. If only this would have happened before I went over 36,000 I could have had the fountain of youth

Yup, for the odometer to work right I beleave it needs to be flashed.

 

I have pics on my phone but I can't seem to get them on here, I will take some with my camera and post. FYI the needles were actually pretty easy to get off without breaking with a fork. They were harder to calibrate (for lack of a better term) back on.
