Need part number for Black running boards.

black runningboards
I was at my dealer today, and they told me they can not order me BLACK running boards. I have 12499501 as the part number, and on GM parts direct it says they are discontinued. How am I going to get running boards now? Checked ebay, and there are NONE there. Any help from anyone would be great. My dealer is NEVER any help.
