New White/Red Powdercoated Valve Cover
How hard to remove the valve cover? How long? I am torn between painting mine red to match the car, yellow for the flames, or wrinkle black for the traditional look. Or, just polishing it to make it look like shiney chrome (I bought, upon several recommendations, Mothers Wheel and Aluminum polish. I began polishing the 2 tubes for the A/C and they look GREAT. I began doing the valve cover and it is looking good).
Just kidding... I'll forgive you this time...
I see you all the time going that way in the morning... That's the way I head over to my office at Westport... (sometimes in different vehicles)

It took us about 45 minutes but a lot of chatter and joking with a bunch of other HHR owners watching me.
Here is a link to the HOW TO instructions:

Oh and Big Kahuna......
What I really like is the clear plastic CGS going from the rubber MAP "snorkel" to the air filter, in the passenger fender. You keep it so clean I can't even see it.
And it really shows off the engine.

Actually, those pictures were before I reinstalled my CGS... but it will soon be off for some powercoat magic and personal customizing...
I'm considering a black contrast, maybe chrome or red bolt covers...
hmmm....
