I've noticed quite a bit more noise on the highway than I thought we would have. Mostly coming from the wheel wells, has any one pulled carpet and installed any more dynamate or other sound deadner to help with problem??Thanks Patrick

Unusual.....
On the highway, my HHR is much quieter that my S-10, and the Avalanche. It's a little quieter than the Impala and Olds Van. Not as quiet as the Aurora.
Don't see the need to install any other sound deadner material. Course that's my opinion and I am a little hard of hearing.

I'm hoping to really sound deaden the car this summer. I do find it loud and hard to hear music and people. Still not as loud as our Vibe was.
My other car is a Buick, and it is much quieter. The HHR is built well, but could be quieter.
