It's worth the wait....pictures please when you get it all back together. Did you clear coat it or leave it just the base color?

Hey, in just comparing the two pictures, our valve cover are different. Is there a difference between the 2.2 and 2.4 engines covers?

Looks Great Sindy! Very Nice fade across the decal, you are a master of the paint. And yes you're seeing the difference between the 2.2 and 2.4 engine, the CGS was made for the 2.4 but to keep it from rubbing on the 2.2 some minor adjustments are needed on the mounting strut. When I first installed my CGS I did not bend the mounting strut and ended up with a rub from the hood support shock that took the paint off the bend closest to the filter. So repainting for me was a painless decision, nothing to lose. If you look close you can see how I modified the strut to fit. Yours looks great, looks like you skipped the clear coat also.
