I believe those diamond plate covers are from SoCal HHR's.

Charles CH is right those are cut out of diamond plate i had laying around the garage. Just made a template out of cardboard and cut them out. Thanks for the comments.

If you're using real DP, you would only want to go with 1/8" thick material.

That sheet is 1/4" thick , and will only make 1 coil and 1 fuse cover.

Ours are designed to fit right into the "lines" on the tops of the covers, leaving a nice edge border that looks as if they were designed by GM to be there.

The fuse cover is 9x6 and coil cover is 10x5. Would be close, I think Mike is right 1/4" would be better. I guess it would get too hot for vinyl that CH used for the dash and bowties.
