Also, I talked to my brother, who has done bodywork for a couple differant Chevy dealers and he said there is no template, the kit come with 2 markers of some sort you use to mark where to drill. He also said if anyone in the StL area wants one, he'll paint and install for the above mentioned $150.

YEP!, I Had the Dealer paint and Install. Does not come with Templete to show where the drill hole are, but you can make one or the Dealer should be able to.
GM does not make a templete for this spoiler.

That's not bad at all for paint and install. Might have to look into getting one of these for Smoke when money allows. Thanks for the info Karen.
