The gold metalflake pinstriping is available at the parts store for about $7 and takes 10 minutes to install on the entire vehicle if you have a good eye and a steady hand.

Before I had completely removed my motor and sprayer, I discovered that a well-intentioned friend was building a little surfer riding a board that would mount to the top of the wiper arm stem - when the washer was activated the surfer would look like he was riding a wave, complete with water spraying on him! I had to tactfully explain to him that, while a really clever idea, it just didn't fit Hharry's style.

i want to remove mine too, but I'm going to wait until I replace the stereo with a double din deck with video, then plug the wiper hole with a rear-view camera.

I thought about that too .... but the angle is too upward to really get one that looks at the ground ... Ive had a few proto types machined .. and just didnt look right

Ive got a Rear Cam goin in the handle assembly next to the lic plate light.. A more Factory Look and its tucked away..

Ill get pics up as soon as its done ...

BTW.. GTOMIKE .. what was that "plug" used for at the marine shop ? Ive got a place near me .. might be a good solution ..

There to cover up old holes on the dash,deck they had them in different sizes all in white was less than a buck.

I think it would be cool to wire some kind of third brake light or something into that hole. Something with HHR or the bowtie.. It would be kinda cool. I dont think THat i will be removing my wiper tho.

IVe got a good friend that owns a Machine shop .. Ive got access to alot of SWEET tools..

Ill see what I can come up with..

Maybe a Billet plug with a BowTie in it.. or "HHR" or a Camera Plug for a Lipstick style camera ..

Lots of options
