I like the bling! :D

I had to have roof rails or something on the roof--will never use them, but do not like the plain-wrap look. I like shiny and have the full chrome ones (not the plastic/chrome). As Don says, they do look great on black!

The only other way I would have considered the car if it had the rear spoiler. Or I would have had the dealer install one or the other. Maybe look to see if there are other DB in the gallery with rails to get an idea of what it might look like.

I've seen the chrome rails on a DB. So I have an idea. When I bought, that was the one item I told the dealership I could live with or without. The rest I have already done.

Now the spoiler......no. Those definately throw off the lines IMO. The SS style is better though.

Yes, I should have clarified--the SS spoiler is the one I like as well!

I am one who installed roof rails. After the fact, I probably would not do it if it weren't for kayaking. Other possibilities to consider, rust if not properly primed/sealed and water leaking in.

I wouldn't have gotten my HHR w/o them.

Well I guess I'll just keep it as is for now. I was out and about all weekend and took the daughter to McD.s yesterday for lunch. Parked next too another DBM, 1LT with the chrome package and rails, but no boards. Sitting there eating, gave me a good change to view both together, side by side. I think I'll just keep the clean look.

Driver came out before we left and took a second look at the Cobalt wheels on mine....

even tho I have 'em (and use them) I think the clean look is better. If I didn't have a use for them I'd have done w/o

Roof rails was a must for mine. If it didn't come from the factory, I was going to add them. Luckily mine had them already. I think they look really good. The more chrome, the better!

Go for it!
