Running Board Paint Ideas

Since the dealer is getting new running boards for me...I've been toying with the idea of having them a different color than the car. I asked sjssk to work up some photochops for me so I could get an idea of what they might look like.

Which one would you do...or would you leave them the same color as the car.

Daytona Blue

Imperial Blue

Black

You know deb....

You have a fine looking car. I think painting just the boards a contrast color changes the appearance.......to not good. Unless maybe, continuing the contrast paint to some fender work. Just my opinion, sorry.

I sat SOM. I've never been a fan of the different colored boards. You got too sharp a car to change!

FWIW, same color as the rest of the car. Otherwise it looks like you got a deal on some take-off boards, and that would make it look cheap.

The black looks spiffy, IMO.

Leave the orange Deb. In a contrast color they would just stand out too much and look like a bad add-on done as an after thought and not a nice integrated part of the car.

Thanks...I'm leaning more and more towards leaving them orange. Just toying with the idea...and if I did anything it would probably be the black.
