Running Boards

Does any one other than GM make running boards for the HHR? My mother has one and its only got 4000km and the rear fender bulge is getting alot of stone chips. Any info would be good.

I was watching the Discovery Channel last night and they had this clip about ganster cars, it was funny watching people shoot tommy guys from the running boards.

If it didnt get as hot as it does here in the summer I would have ordered a black HHR and mobbed around, blacked out, Al Capone style.

That would have been cool and a lot of fun. Al Capone's gangster car was on the Discovery Channel the other night. It was an V-16 with Bulletproof steel and windows that were an inch thick. Plus there was a floor cut out to drop tacs and an exhaust that allowed it to do oil slicks. Plus it had the first in car Police radio turner. His car was ahead of its day.

How cool would it be to have a bulletproof HHR? One Inch Thick glass, it would be like driving a tank.
