Running Boards,Yay or Nay ?

I have an SS with the ground effects, but if I had the LS, I'd already have them installed. It fits the style of the vehicle and adds protection for the rear fender protrusions from road pitting.

My 2LT came with them, if not I would have added them by now... And I do stand on mine, 'here & there' for cleaning & etc..

And agree they just look like the belong on there.. Plus the protection ( as previously mentioned).

I sold my SS flares when I picked up some brand new black running boards.
I think the HHRs without them look ok but I love mine.
The way they look and I can actually stand on them to wash/dry the roof (>200 lbs)

They're easier for fast getaways than diving through the window too.
