Now I see why you want the rest of my grill. It looks totaly bad a** with the two bars in there. After seeing that, it's yours after I chop the top bar if you still want it.

Bad News: Those two bars won't fit in there; the "rendering" from Godfather's uses a custom front end (note the plain bumper). I measured for 2-bars a while back - it's a no-go in the stock lower bumper.

Even if you found a way (and it wouldn't match the top grille's spacing), that lower area feeds most of the radiator and condenser air "up." Closing if off with bars could cause overheating. Most of the aftermarket billet lower grilles are much more free-flowing - that's why they work.

There...I finally got to kill someone's joy! (I feel better!)

Ahh, why you killing me!!! They did pull off two bars on the SEMA Aqua Woody (one with Gull-wing Doors), now I realize that the SEMA show vehicles, may not be functional as daily drivers. I still want to play with a stock grill, bar or bars, may be able to fill the void and not block venalation too much.

OH Yeah, your Black Widow car, pretty cool!!!!!

And Yes Howdy, still interested in your grill remains!!!!

Dudes have a good Day!!!

I like how a custom job car like this custom still has the stock appeal. Even with a special lower grille and shaved bumper.

It looks like they flipped the bars upside down in the bottom. Its hard to tell because of the reflection. I think by using the two bars spaced like that they left enough room for air. It looks doable to me. They just made the mounts in a little from the edge. Go for it!

It's a show car - it will hardly ever see the street. Let alone be a "daily driver" - sitting in traffic with no airflow through the radiator...

What about older Corvettes with no place to let air in?

<<< I would rather have something there then nothing.. Have you seen road garbage on the road... And when your traveling on the road, an object being kicked up in your radiator/transmission cooler fins.... will cause some damage and in some cases , reduce the amount of cool air from going thru the cooling fins...
Then theres does darn bugs.. getting stuck inbetween the cooling fins..

Have you ever seen under the hood of a Corvette? They are fiberglass "tilt" jobs - and are not enclosed like a traditional steel front end.
Plenty of airflow under there...

I'm in complete agreement, but buy a billet grille or something with good airflow though, don't block it off until the engine overheats.

That's all I'm saying....
