Sandstone Graphic option
I posted a picture of a 47 Chevy, with potential color combo, I would like to do to my sandstone HHR. I like the two-tone, Gold(Sandstone) and the black with a separating graphics line, I would add small flame design. Just dreaming and looking for good options, if I every get in position to re-paint, my existing HHR!!!! I will try to attach here, if not go to gallery, look in "Other HHRs" pictures.
PS: I believe file too large to attach here, but it went into gallery!!
Later,
Mark

My taste would be the black on top and the sandstone on the bottom. I like the gold lines though, it really sets the colors apart. I'm not really a fan of the way they did the paint on that car though. It doesn't seem to flow with the lines of the vehicle.

First, how the heck can you attach and mine says image too big??!! I assume user error, Thanks for attaching.
I do agree, that this is different, not using the beltline as the separation point, as many two-tones do. The color combination, is striking, would have too play with where to separate point on a HHR. Many times, making top half the darker, may give a more aggressive, top chop look, also. Good color combo, for the sandstone color!!!

By the way the 1947 Chevy is for sale on Classic Car Trader Online, under street rods, with more pictures. No I don't know anything about it, a little pricey(lets just say you could buy two loaded HHR's or 3 base HHR's), but nicer Street Rods now days are not what I consider reasonable.
