Good info-that is a great mod - for me it's high on the "want" list.
I'll start looking for a visor type as well.

E-bay Number...

Here is what the Homelink I installed in my headliner looked like.......E-bay Item#150379015806 ....(Use this only for reference) Remember your Homelink will have to match your opener. Rolling Code or Non Rolling Code. Your opener Mfg can supply that info, some times it is listed on the opener or the remotes themselves.

Getting ready to install this same unit. Thanks for the info!

I was thinking about putting it in the visor. There is a hole in the mount to pass the wires but I can't figure out how to split the visor without it 'sploding everywhere.
