Screws fell in doors!

Need help. I took my handles off for painting, and a couple of the screws fell in the doors!
How do I get them back?
Please Help

THAT sucks. I think dropping a machine screw down the intake of a desmodromic drive is worse. lol.

Valves were open at the time FML. HAHA!

Could be like the tech at my New York yard, dropped a wing nut in the intake of a rotary air compressor while running. Two weeks and $20,000 later it was back up and running, three weeks later my blood pressure went back down. He kept his job, just.
