seat covers

Hello,
Bought some seat covers to keep the interior nice and new. What is the best way to get around the arm rests? Does it come off easily? Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
Thanks,
Greg

A deep well socket, pop the plastic plug out and remove the bolt, keep the washers and the plastic spacer in their proper location, simple as pie. I can even provide you with the socket size as soon as my HHR gets back home this evening...

Thanks for the info! I didn't want to force the plug out for fear of cracking it, but i am going to try to do it later today!

Just wiggle and pull at the same time, comes out easy. Hope this helps.
