Just answer the question, I put a dash mat on my 09 HHR and LOVE it. I purchased a more expensive one, (about $60.00) and with a little trimming on the back of it to make it squish up to the windshield, it looks and works GREAT. No more windowshield glare !! I am very pleased with mine.

I've never had a glare issue in the HHR.

Now my wife's Mazda, I had to put one in. You clean the dash, you can't see out of the windshield.

Hi - I just got my new dash mat from a company called "Dark Reflections Customs" in Los Banos CA - Incredible quality, fast order/receipt, great price, perfect fit, black, (all sorts of colors to choose from) and eliminated the glare I was getting drving in the sun. 209-826-8268 (or 209 826-TINT.) Talk to Tony. I may be old (school) but I will never own a car without a dash mat. - Jennifer

I'd rather use a protectorant on the dash of my HHR instead of a cover.

Case in point is my truck...
23 years of ArmorAll use; Regular basis must be the key... Go figure...
