Just put a set of polished Solstice wheels on my 09 LT. Question is, what to do about the TPMS stuff. Not sure how I can find out if the Solstice wheels have TPMS senders in them (I would think they do) but can the HHR detect them or do I have to run HHR specific TPMS senders.

pretty sure they do. a quick way to tell is just try to reset the tpms and see if it detects them. I would imagine that GM wouldnt make individual tpms things for each car, but then again you never know.

 

I'm not sure of the first year the solstice came out, but if they're from an 08+ they have sensors.

Looking at the napa site it appears to be different than the one the hhr uses though.

My solstice wheels did not have the tpms in them so I just transfered mine to them

 

What size tire are you running? Did you lower you HHR yet? Original pontiac center caps?

Well I tried to re-set the TPMS and its safe to say the Solstice wheels don't have senders in them. So I will pick up a set of senders and install them.
I have the Pontiac center caps right now, looking for some GM ones, I recall seeing a post here from someone saing they found some that would fit, cant find the post now though.
