I bought it direct (LAMIN-X). Although I found the storefront to be somewhat confusing and difficult (I do this type of thing for a living)... it's not entirely impossible to navigate.
Once there- goto "Store" in the upper right of the page. Once there- goto "Bulk/Uncut Sheets" ... at the upper left. Place order accordingly.
You might want to check out their 'Showcase' first. The tint can be had in Yellow, Blue, Smoke (light tint), or Charcoal (dark tint... which I got).

Guess I can't say enough about this product! It really is some quality stuff. Word to the wise, though... this stuff IS sticky! So sticky that it would be fairly easy to create a LOT of air bubbles under the film - which would make the final product look foul.

Don't let this scare you, though...

Just take your time and work from the CENTER towards the outer edges. The trick is not to let the film touch the lens until you want it to. Not that it's hard- just difficult for the impatient types (like myself).

Thanks for all the feedback and let me know if I can clarify anything any further.

Scoot

BTW- Sorry for the previous mis-spelling of the product (Lumin-X)... I went back and corrected!!!

Seems like it might be cheaper and easier to use VHT NightShades?

You got MY attention with this. How much would you need to do all the tail lamps?

Kinda on and off topic all at once.
From the Lamin-x site.

Cheaper - Yes... however, durability? Not to mention 'even-ness' during application (e.g. heavier in some spots, lighter in others). I dunno- never tried it. Guess the main reason I did what I did is because it's the EASIEST (IMO) to correct should it not turn out like I wanted -OR- should my local law enforcement employee's have something to say about it!

Really, though... as for the air bubbles- poke them with a straight pin, let it sit in the sun and revisit the application every so often (every 15 - 30 min's) to push the air out. Eventually... the heat generated by the sun will activate the adhesive and 'encourage' the film to stick (which is why you should use light heat from a blow dryer when applying). This is assuming the bubbles aren't all that large. Air bubbles will surface in any graphic application, by using self-adhesive materials through spray bottle applications. The difference (my experience) is that the *cheaper* graphics typically use cheaper materials (vinyl and/or adhesives) which make all the difference in the world for application/final results!

True... but note that's for the FRONT END (headlights and fog's)!!!!
I'm plan on ordering some more film for my 'eyelids'... but wouldn't want to tint the headlights/fog lights unless it were with blue or yellow (IMHO). TINTING (smoke or charcoal) the HEADLIGHTS (although SUPER COOL!!) would really dampen vision at night. Smoking the headlights, while not doing anything to the fog's might be livable- but not for me...
