Tinting Tail Lights

If you have put dark tint on your tail lights how well can you see your brake lights? I'm thinking about tinting them but I want to make sure I'm not going to get hit

No problem. Have had them for over 2 years between the 2 cars. Never a problem with visibility.

Done professionally by a shop but most people use VHT Nightshades.

I really like the look of this and have considered it, but I would probably want to buy new rear lights so I had the old ones if i needed them, just in case. Then i figure if I am buying new lights, why not just go the extra mile and get some LED's...
