I had a red one but crashed it. I got a silver one and I think you should photo shop dark silver fenders only on it t see if it gives it a jalopy look to it?

 

I just got a red tint coat, and going to to tone w/vinyl, black on top and small flames to break up where the colors meet...will post pics when we get it done...Rob

 

I like the two tone but have seen it with a chevron between the two colors with the point down towards the rear door handle and a third color between the pic I saw is on the site some where.

 

I like 2 tone, but just as the right 2 colors can make it, the 2 wrong ones can really blow it...

 

Something to consider...those interested in two-toning don't have to necessarily do a top-half/bottom-half scheme. I considered doing the top half silver or black, with either a black or silver border line, before deciding on just the roof and rear valence:




As far as doing just the roof goes, obviously not as extreme as doing the whole top half, but an option that some potential "two-toners" may have overlooked.

 

I think the Silver/Blue is awesome, I just brought my Silver HHR 1LT with Leather and Sunroof home last Saturday and I had this vision in my mind and you have made it happen, I sincerly hope you don't mind if I copy this paint scheme on mine(with some subtle changes)

 

I'm probably going to two tone my 06 Sunburst Orange HHR in the next few months, I'm thinking cyber metallic grey for the top half. Now I need to figure out what color pin stripe to do. Any ideas?

 

HHR's were made for 2 tone, like no other car before
