Two Toned my HHR, the natural way

Thought these came out as some interesting photos. Did a little two-toning the all natural way, solid dirt.

Both my parents and the inlaws live on dirt roads, and with the snow melting there, it got pretty muddy. I kind of dig the black to cream look, although i'd never do it for real.

It doesn't looks like this anymore though, 2 blizzards, a bit of rain, and some other crazy weather helped take care of today. It'll go up to the dealership for a wash sometime this week.

Nice look. Ain't it nice that mother nature would take the time to give your HHR a little color. Gives me something to look forward to.

i preferred the dry and sunny mud look to the wet covered in ice and snow as i drove back home.

luckily here my baby doesn't see dirt roads.

I was going to paint my muffler too, but I couldn't figure out how to get it clean to be able to paint it. If i went out and got it washed, it would just get filthy on the way back. My dad put all the hoses away for the winter, and wouldn't have mattered much anyways. I want to paint it bad but i don't want to wait for summer.

I used detail-spray everytime I get back from a drive... Somehow, I don't think that will work in "your neck of the woods"....
