Red face Visor Stickers Removed, But...

So today on a whim I wondered if I could just peel off those ugly visor stickers on my 06 2LT. I know there have been posts with removal tips using irons, etc. but I just went for it and actually they peeled off right away. Just like a sticker. However, on both visors there's a bit of residue left from the adhesive. Most of it came off with the decals but there is some left over on each visor. Has anyone found a good way to get rid of that residue? I'd try goo gone but I'm afraid it might ruin the "fabric" on the visor. Perhaps there's another trick I don't know? If you have a tip please share.

Thanks!

We did the Iron / T-Shirt deal and it removed most of the Glue! The end result is noticeable but so faint that I prefer it over the Stickers! Was going to try one more time with a Fresh T-Shirt but just haven't gotten around to it yet! My upholstery guy suggested using the Iron on Steam! You didn't hear that from me though !

you can tax wax out of carpet by ironing it with a paper bag, the paper then soaks up the wax.

didn't know if a similar method would work for the glue.

Yeah I did do the paper bag trick with some spilled wax at a friend's house and it worked. Not sure I wanna experiment with my car though.
