Or should i just get the gunmetal wheels? i really like the gunmetal wheels on the hhr just wanted to see what everyone else thought.

If you use a good quality paint, the finish will hold up well.

 

Not to be rude, but I think he still wants to look good during the winter.. And by good I mean "not stock"

 

You couldnt of said it better plus im looking for 18s, im pretty sure ill go with the gunmetal if i want to customize them later i can. i really like the looks of the gunmetal on the hhr, i have never seen them on a black one though.

 

I like the looks of the gunmetal, especially on a black HHR, but I'm not sure if they'll go good with the chrome stuff (door handles, grill). But I read somewhere (I think on another Cobalt forum) that the gunmetal are just painted, so you could indeed customize them with paint or what-have-you.

 

The gunmetal wheels are aluminum right?
